Launch of the prospective study on the Marina of Tomorrow in St Vaast-la-Hougue (pilot port) in partnership with Normandie Maritime
Objectives:
– Spread the message on the importance of changing the management paradigm, especially among port staff and local nautical stakeholders
– Identify the drivers of growth and diversification for the port, particularly in terms of services and products
– Structure an operational development plan for the port manager in order to activate the identified opportunities
The approach applied to the pilot port:
January 2020 > a workshop with the port teams and analysis of the operating data
January 2020 > 20 individual interviews with local nautical professionals and associations
February 2020 > a co-construction workshop with local stakeholders
October 2020 > a meeting to present the assessment, the challenges and the provisional action plan to the stakeholders of the territory.
