Marina of tomorrow

Launch of the prospective study on the Marina of Tomorrow in St Vaast-la-Hougue (pilot port) in partnership with Normandie Maritime

Objectives:

 

             Spread the message on the importance of changing the management paradigm, especially among port staff and local nautical stakeholders

             Identify the drivers of growth and diversification for the port, particularly in terms of services and products

             Structure an operational development plan for the port manager in order to activate the identified opportunities

The approach applied to the pilot port:

January 2020 > a workshop with the port teams and analysis of the operating data

January 2020 > 20 individual interviews with local nautical professionals and associations

February 2020 > a co-construction workshop with local stakeholders

October 2020 > a meeting to present the assessment, the challenges and the provisional action plan to the stakeholders of the territory.
