The partnership’s most recent meetings, held in Viana do Castelo on 20 and 21 June, were a time full of exchange and discovery. The 18 partners took stock of the progress of the project’s achievements and, despite a tight schedule, managed to fit in a nautical infrastructure visit to Caminha, at the border between Portugal’s Norte region and Galicia in Spain.

2017 – 2021 : end of the CAPITEN project
The CAPITEN project officially ended on July 31st 2021, bringing an end to 4 years of activities in favour of innovation and economic development in the nautical field on the Atlantic coast.

Creation of a cabotage network along the Atlantic coast
