From 20 to 26 July 2019, the Manche departmental council and SPL des Ports de la Manche held the inaugural coastal navigation event along the east coast of the Channel, from Carentan-les-Marais to Barfleur, via Morsalines Bay, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, (favourite village of the French people in 2019), Tatihou and Îles Saint-Marcouf.
